Returns and Refunds
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes returns

1. Return Eligibility:
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and
packaging.
• Items must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

2. Obtain Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization reference
number and instructions on how to return the item.
3. Package the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) and include the refence number and a
copy of the original invoice.
4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer
support team.
5. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process
your refund or exchange, as applicable.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow 30 business days for the refund to be processed.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is
due to a product defect or error on our part.

4. Exchange Policy:
