HerBiz @ LBN – Customer Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers purchasing goods from HerBiz @ LBN. By
using our platform and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Definitions
– Platform: The HerBiz @ LBN website and its related services.
– Customer: A person who registers and purchases goods from the platform.
– Merchant: A third-party seller who lists products for sale.
– Order: A confirmed purchase by the Customer.
3. Account Registration
To place orders, Customers must create an account and provide accurate personal and payment
information. Customers are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.
4. Purchasing Process
– Customers browse and select products listed by various merchants.
– Once an order is placed, the Customer will receive an order confirmation.
– All prices include VAT (if applicable) and are in South African Rand (ZAR), unless stated
otherwise.
5. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. By providing payment information, you
represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.
6. Delivery and Shipping
– Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on the merchant and location.
– HerBiz @ LBN and its merchants are not liable for delays caused by couriers or unforeseen
circumstances.
7. Cancellations and Returns
– Customers may cancel orders before they are shipped.
– Return and refund policies vary by merchant and are communicated on product listings.
– If a product is faulty, the customer must notify the merchant within 7 days of receipt.
8. User Conduct
Customers must not:
– Provide false information.
– Harass or abuse merchants or other users.
– Attempt to hack, damage, or interfere with the platform.
9. Privacy and Data Protection (POPIA)
HerBiz @ LBN complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Customer data is
only used for order fulfillment, communication, and marketing (where consent is given). For full

10. Limitation of Liability
HerBiz @ LBN – Customer Terms and Conditions
HerBiz @ LBN is a marketplace platform. We do not manufacture or directly sell products. We are
not liable for product defects, merchant non-performance, or third-party delivery issues.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and
Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).
