Shipping Policy outlines how and when you can expect delivery of products purchased via our
online platform.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver nationwide across South Africa. Please ensure your delivery address is
accessible and correct. If you are in a remote area, delivery may take slightly longer.
2. Delivery Times
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Standard delivery is within 1 to 5 business
days, depending on the product’s location and availability.
You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and destination of
your order.
4. Split Deliveries
As HerBiz Marketplace hosts multiple sellers, your order may be delivered in separate
packages. You will receive tracking for each part of your order.
5. Click & Collect (Coming Soon)
We are working on enabling collection points through our partner hubs and local pick-up
stores. Stay tuned for updates.
6. Missed Deliveries
If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery. After multiple
failed attempts, the order may be returned and additional charges may apply.
7. Delivery Partners
We work with reliable third-party courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on
time.
8. Delays and Notifications
While we strive for timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur. You will be notified via email
or SMS if we experience any issues affecting your order.
